GreenEngine Capital Inc. specializes in financing projects in developing Countries, with a focus on selective harvesting, solar power grids, and development of carbon credit programs.

These projects are designed to include significant community economic development initiatives aimed at uplifting local economies.

Solar

Location:
Benebalot Farms – 11-Hectare Solar Facility
Approximately 10 minutes from Yaoundé Airport, Cameroon

Project Overview:
1)       Land Area: 10 hectares
(100,000 m²), for reference San Francisco is 12,000 Hectares
2)       Usable Panel Coverage: ~65%
(≈65,000 m² of panels)
3)       Capacity: Modern solar
panels (~200 W/m²) provide ~13 MWp peak capacity
4)       Generation:  With Cameroon’s
average solar irradiance (~5 kWh/m²/day), expected annual output is approximately 20.8 GWh
5) Carbon Credits:
  a) Benebalot Solar avoids 4k–12k tCO₂ annually.
  b) 25-year potential: 108k–312k credits.
  c) Carbon revenues: $2M–$40M (price-dependent over 25years).

Ownership & Development:

The land is owned by GreenEngine Capital’s local partners in Cameroon.  GEC  is currently in  negotiations with leading suppliers of  Solar equipment  to establish the facility. Equipment is expected to be secured under a lease-financing arrangement, with lease payments covered through electricity sales to the national grid

Selective Harvesting

GreenEngine Capital Inc. plans  to fund  selective harvesting programs in developing countries, focusing on sustainable forestry practices. These
projects target high-value tree species while preserving surrounding habitats,
protecting local flora and wildlife, and replanting trees to ensure long-term
forest health. The model delivers both environmental sustainability and
immediate economic opportunities for local communities.

Currently, GEC is active in Cameroon with plans to expand across Africa. The goal is to establish forestry projects covering over 100,000 hectares which is larger than New York City (≈78,000 hectares). GEC is negotiating with other countries to finance and manage millions of  hectares of forestland.

In Cameroon, GEC already has access to forests spanning hundreds of thousands of hectares, with operations projected to last up to 30 years and generate several hundred million dollars in revenue. To optimize returns, GEC plans to partner with Ortho Drone GmbH (Germany) for aerial surveys to identify the most valuable harvest areas. From just 5000 hectares,
projected revenues reach $154.5M over 5 years, with long-term plans to
expand across 500,000+ hectares over 25 years, generating multi-billion-dollar revenues.

Carbon Credits

As part of its Greener World agenda, GreenEngine Capital Inc. , identifies
and finances qualified carbon credit projects. The goal is to support large-scale reforestation efforts in areas that have been degraded by mining, over-logging, grazing, and other destructive activities. These programs include training local communities to manage nurseries, plant trees, and ensure the long-term care and health of the forests. In addition to reforestation, the initiative promotes  development of cottage industries and other local revenue-generating activities act linked to the forest ecosystem.

Reforesting the Ngambe-Ndom Nyanon  Forest, Cameroon

Once a vibrant equatorial forest, the Littoral region in  Cameroon has suffered decades of degradation due to unchecked logging and wood harvesting. Now resembling savannah, the area presents a unique opportunity for large-scale ecological restoration.

Overview

GreenEngine Capital has signed an agreement to launch the Ngambe-Ndom Nyanon Reforestation Program. Over the next 60 years, the project will restore 100,000 hectares of forest, which is an area larger than New York City and San Francisco combined (about 90,000 hectares).

The program is expected to create
several Million metric tons of CO₂ , while generating high-integrity carbon credits, Revitalizing biodiversity, and supporting local communities.

Reforestation

GreenEngine Capital Inc. emphasizes the implementation of robust reforestation programs to support its selective harvesting and carbon credit initiatives. These programs involve the establishment of state-of-the-art greenhouses, ongoing training, and collaboration with local universities and colleges to maintain a strong and sustainable reforestation strategy. The nurseries will be equipped with a reliable water supply and operated using off-grid technologies to enable access to remote locations.
